CHICKEN A TOP RICE 
1 1/2 c. minute rice, uncooked
1/2 c. (4 oz. can) mushrooms stems
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
1 (1 1/2 c.) soup can milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped onion
Paprika
Poultry seasoning
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. frying chicken, cut up

Mix first 6 ingredients. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle poultry seasoning over chicken, then sprinkle paprika on. Put chicken on top of rice, skin side up. Cover with waxed paper. Cook on full power for 20 to 24 minutes or until done.
