CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 to 2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of garlic salt
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water

Boil all ingredients except chicken. Pour liquid over chicken in an oven proof pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
