BROCCOLI JICAMA SALAD 
1 lg. head broccoli (cut in bite size pieces)
1 c. raisins
1 lb. bacon
1 med. jicama (1/2 inch dice)
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 c. peanuts

Fry bacon until crisp. Crumble and toss with remaining ingredients. For dressing, combine:

1 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Pour over salad; toss; chill; serve.
