2 heads broccoli, flowerets only
1 sm. red onion, finely chopped
1 c. raisins
3/4 c. Spanish peanuts

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. wine vinegar

Mix salad ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients. Just before serving, add dressing to salad ingredients. This sounds like an oldd combination but is simply delicious. Serves 8.
