BARBECUED CHICKEN WINGS 
5 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced

Cut wings apart, discarding tips. Place in pan and precook 30 minutes. Pour off juices. Meanwhile, bring remaining ingredients to simmer. Pour over wings and bake 2 hours. Turn occasionally 350 degree oven.
