SWEET BARBECUED CHICKEN WINGS 
2-3 lb. chicken wings, cut into pieces
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. flour
3 eggs, beaten

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. ketchup
1/4 c. broth or bouillon
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

1. Cut wings in 3 pieces, boil wing tips for broth.

2. Mix flour and cornstarch together.

3. Dip wings in beaten eggs, then flour mixture.

4. Fry in hot oil until browned on both sides.

5. Put browned pieces in a single layer in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Don't stack them!

6. Mix all sauce ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil.

7. Pour sauce evenly over wings.

8. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, turning pieces every 1/2 hour.
