CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
Chop small head of cabbage and a few green onions.

Toast in skillet: 1/2 c. sesame seeds Handful of slivered almonds

Watch carefully - burns easily - keep at low heat.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar

Toss and serve.
