1 pkg. Alba Chocolate Drink Mix
2 pkg. Equal or 2 tsp. Sweetener
1/3 c. applesauce
1/2 c. Grapenuts
1 1/2 tbsp. crunch peanut butter

Mix ingredients except Grapenuts in a bowl. Mix with spoon. Add Grapenuts. Shape into a long roll on foil and freeze.
