POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns, thawed
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1 can creamy chicken soup
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted
Bread crumbs

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in greased 13 x 9 inch pan (or 375 degrees for 45 minutes).
