1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. white corn syrup1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Cook until it begins to boil. Remove from heat and add 1 1/2 cups peanut butter. Stir until melted. Measure 6 cups Special K into a bowl and add first ingredients. Press into buttered 9x13 inch pan. Spread a 12 oz. package of melted chocolate chips on top. Do not bake.
