1 c. honey
3 eggs, beaten
Dash of nutmeg
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans
1 9" unbaked pie shell

In a saucepan bring honey to boil. Quickly beat eggs into honey. Add butter, extract, pecans and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until filling is set. If you like the taste of honey, you will like this.
