HONEY PECAN PIE 
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. pecan meats
1 (9 inch) pastry lined pan

Blend honey and sugar together. Cook slowly to form a smooth syrup. Add butter and beaten eggs. Add broken pecan pieces. Pour into pastry shell and bake in moderate oven, 400 degrees, for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 additional minutes or until done.
