MANDARIN TOSSED SALAD 
1 head Iceburg lettuce
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
2 c. chopped celery
4 green onions and tops, sliced
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. butter

DRESSING:

1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
Pepper to taste
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil

Toast almonds in butter. Toss other ingredients together. Add almonds. Mix Dressing ingredients together well; toss lightly over salad.
