MICROWAVE CARAMEL AND PECAN CLUSTERS | |
1/4 c. butter 8 oz. caramels 2 tbsp. milk 3 1/2 c. cornflakes 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1/2 c. coconut Combine butter and caramels in glass dish. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until melted, stirring once. Add milk and mix well. Stir in cornflakes, pecans and coconut. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until firm. |
