MICROWAVE CARAMEL AND PECAN
CLUSTERS
 
1/4 c. butter
8 oz. caramels
2 tbsp. milk
3 1/2 c. cornflakes
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. coconut

Combine butter and caramels in glass dish. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until melted, stirring once. Add milk and mix well. Stir in cornflakes, pecans and coconut. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
