POPCORN BALLS 
2 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 cube butter (1/2 c.)
1 tsp. vanilla

Put on stove and melt. Boil until good and bubbly. Remove from stove and add 2 teaspoons soda and a few drops of food coloring. Stir well, as mixture froths. Pour over popcorn.

Makes 1 gallon.
