FREEZER TOMATO SAUCE 
6 tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
8-12 tomatoes (depending on size) cut into quarters
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. water
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. oregano
2 bay leaves

Simmer first 3 ingredients until onions are soft. Put tomatoes through blender. Add to onion. Add rest of ingredients and stir well. Simmer for 2 hours, uncovered. Stir often. If too thick, add more water. Cool and put into freezer containers and freeze.
