GARDEN PEA SALAD | |
1 can La Seur peas 1 can French cut green beans 1 (2 oz.) can chopped pimento 1 chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped celery 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. cider vinegar 1/2 c. Wesson vegetable oil Mix first 5 ingredients. Mix sugar, vinegar and oil. Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables. Toss then let chill in refrigerator at least 24 hours before serving. Will keep indefinitely. |
