PEACH PIE 
1 c. sliced peaches
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 stick butter
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla flavor

Melt butter in square pan. Mix flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, salt and vanilla flavoring. Pour over melted butter. Pour peaches with juice over batter.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure the batter rises. When batter rises, sprinkle a little sugar on pie.
