GERMAN BREAD BALLS 
1 loaf French bread, 2-3 days old
1 1/4 c. scalded milk
Pinch of parsley and salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour

Pour scalded milk over cut up bread and let stand. Add other ingredients and mix well with hands. Make snowball size, drop into salted boiling water approximately 10 minutes.

Can use as a side dish with meats and gravy. Can be sliced and fried. Can be chopped and sauteed with onions.
