BREAD BALLS 
1 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkg. yeast
4 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
Melted butter

Mix to soft dough. Let rise; punch down; let rise for 10 minutes longer. Shape into balls (the size of golf balls). Roll balls in melted butter, then in mixture of 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoons cinnamon, and 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts.

Grease an angel food cake pan and stagger the arranging of the rolls in the pan. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. When pan is turned over they will come out separately in little balls.
