GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
6-8 red potatoes
1/2 lb. bacon
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped onion
5 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water

Boil potatoes with jackets on. Fry bacon. Add vinegar, water, sugar, flour and onions to bacon grease. Pour liquid over potatoes when thickened. Bake 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven.
