BANANA PUDDING 
2 boxes vanilla wafers
6 bananas
2 boxes vanilla pudding
4 eggs
4 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar

Cut bananas into slices. Line baking dish sides and bottom with vanilla wafers

Put banana slices over wafers. Pour vanilla pudding over bananas until dish is full. (Put bananas and wafers in layers ending with pudding.) Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Spoon over pudding making sure to get sides of baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees until brown.
