MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients; shape dough into mounds. Bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Roll in powdered sugar while hot. Butter may be substituted for half of the shortening.
