CHICKEN STUFFING CASSEROLE 
2 or 3 pieces chicken, cooked
1 sm. box stuffing mix
1 sm. onion (chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. carton sour cream

Cook chicken, remove skin and cut chicken in small pieces. Soak the stuffing mix in some of the chicken broth until moist. Saute the onion in a little butter and when done add soup and sour cream. Mix all together and put in small casserole dish and bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Use abut 1/2 the seasoning that comes in the stuffing mix (about 1 tablespoon).
