PORK CHOP & POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops, med. thick
8 lg. potatoes
2 med. onions, sliced thin
butter
Salt & pepper

Grease medium size oblong baking dish. Peel potatoes and cut as you would for home fries. Put generous layer of potatoes in bottom of dish. Top with sliced onions. Place pork chops on top, salt and pepper, dot with butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chops and potatoes are done.
