POTATO AND PASTA 
1 sm. onion, minced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 or 5 med. potatoes, cut into sm. cubes
1/2 lb. spaghetti, broken into sm. pieces
1 egg, scrambled
3 tbsp. Romano cheese
1 tsp. black pepper
Lots of fresh parsley
Lots of fresh basil

Put 1 tablespoon oil in pan and saute onions until almost done but not brown. Add tomato sauce, cook for 10 minutes. Parboil potatoes for 5 minutes, drain and add to sauce. Cook sauce and potatoes until potatoes are cooked. Add parsley and basil put on side. Cook spaghetti. Put the 1 egg and Romano cheese and pepper together. Add to spaghetti, potatoes and sauce, bring to boil and serve.
