QUICK LIVER PATE 
1/2 lb. Braunschweiger liver sausage
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 med. onion, grated fine
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Chopped parsley or nuts

Mix with electric mixer all ingredients except parsley or nuts. Shape into ball and chill. Roll in parsley or nuts before serving. Serve with rye crackers.

Makes 2 1/4 cups. Can also be packed into a crock and topped with nuts or parsley.
