QUICK LIVER PATE | |
1/2 lb. liver sausage 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1 med. onion, grated fine 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Mix with a mixer until smooth, form into ball and refrigerate. Roll in parsley or fine nuts and serve with crackers or rye bread. Makes 2 1/2 cups. |
