CORN RELISH 
1/2 c. vinegar
1 med. onion, sliced
6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 cans Mexicorn

Mix together and let stand 4 hours. Use as an accompaniment to main dishes.
