2 avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 sm. tomatoes
2 tbsp. onions, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Dash of paprika
1 bag Frito chips

Mash soft ripe avocado in a small bowl. Thoroughly mix in the lemon juice. Chop the tomatoes and add to mixture. Blend in the onion, salt, chili powder and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with paprika. (NOTE: If you are making the dip ahead of time, spread mayonnaise over the avocado mixture and refrigerate. Then blend in mayonnaise when ready to serve.)
