POTATO SUPREME 
2 lb. southern style hash browns, thawed
4 tbsp. butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded cheddar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. crushed corn flakes
4 tbsp. melted butter

Mix all ingredients, except corn flakes and butter, then add hash browns. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with corn flakes and butter on the top about 15 minutes before its done.
