PORK CHOP 'N POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
Vegetable oil
1 can celery soup
1/2 c. milk
Seasoned salt
1/2 c. sour cream
Black pepper
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen potatoes or hash browns
1 c. shredded cheese
1 can French fried onions

Brown pork chops in oil. Season with salt and pepper. Combine soup, milk and sour cream. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup onions. Arrange pork chops over potato mixture in casserole dish. Bake, covered in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered 5 minutes longer. 6 servings.
