MOM'S FAVORITE OVEN-CRUSTY FISH 
4 c. corn flakes
1 lb. fish fillets, fresh or frozen
1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. salt
4 tsp. vegetable oil or melted butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Crush corn flakes fine; set aside. Cut fish into serving pieces allowing about 1/4 pound for each serving.

Combine milk and salt. Dip fish in milk, then in crumbs. Arrange on well-oiled baking sheet or shallow pan. Sprinkle fish with butter. Bake about 20 minutes until tender. Makes 4 servings.
