CHOCOLATE FONDUE 
1/2 lb. of semi-sweet or sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. brandy
2 tbsp. heavy cream
1 tbsp. instant coffee
Pinch of cinnamon

Melt chocolate in water in pan stirring with a wooden spoon until smooth. Add brandy, heavy cream, coffee, cinnamon stirring until well blended. Serve with banana chunks, apple, pear or orange slices, etc.
