BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head cauliflower, cut in florettes
1 bundle broccoli, cut in florettes

GARNISH:

1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
6 to 8 strips bacon, crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Cut cauliflower and broccoli into florettes and mix with dressing one hour before serving. Garnish with raisins, sunflower seeds and bacon.
