1 pkg. chopped spinach, drain well (frozen spinach)
1 can water chestnuts, chopped, but not fine
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
2 chopped scallions
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix well. Cut hole from round loaf of bread. Dig out bread and use for dip. Buy extra loaf of bread for dipping. Chill dip for at least a couple hours and place in bread hollow.
