SALMON LOAF 
1 can red or pink salmon
1/2 c. dry milk
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. onion, minced
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. day old bread
1/2 c. hot water
2 tbsp. butter

Remove skin and bones from salmon. Combine salmon, dry milk, salt and pepper. Mix in onion and egg. Add bread; stir in hot water. Add butter; stir until mixed. Press into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Let cool in pan for about 10 minutes.
