COCONUT-PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines cake mix with pudding
1 box lg. instant pudding (vanilla)
1 lg. can pineapple in own juice
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. can coconut
9 oz. Cool Whip
2 c. cold milk

Cook cake in 9 x 13 inch pan as directed on box. Punch holes in cake, drain juice from pineapple, pour juice over cake and leave 5 minutes. Add pineapple. Mix pudding, cream cheese and 2 cups cold milk. Pour over cake, put Cool whip on top and sprinkle with coconut.
