MOLASSES PIE | |
1 c. molasses 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 2 eggs 1/3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vinegar 1/2 c. pecans 1 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla Mix sugar, flour, molasses, milk, and well-beaten egg yolks -- add other ingredients. Pecans and well-beaten egg whites last. Pour mixture into pie crust (unbaked). Bake at 350 degrees until pastry is brown and custard is firm. |
