JAM PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
1 c. jelly
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. butter
Extract

Mix together and place in pan.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. hot water

Mix and pour over first layer, bake.
