WINTER FRUIT SALAD | |
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained and juice reserved 1 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. cook and serve vanilla pudding 1 qt. mixed fresh fruit chunks (apple, bananas, oranges, kiwi, pears, strawberry) 3/4 c. broken walnuts or pecans 1/3 c. coconut In saucepan, combine reserved pineapple juice and pudding mix. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Cool. Toss with pineapple and rest of ingredients. Chill. |
