1/2 bag spinach
Lettuce or other greens
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can grapefruit sections
2 tsp. grated green onions
7 tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. vinegar

Wash spinach and lettuce thoroughly. Pat dry or spin dry and tear into small pieces. Drain grapefruit and oranges. Add to top of greens.

Combine rest of ingredients in a large jar with lid and shake vigorously.

Toss salad with dressing which has been slightly chilled. Serve immediately. Serves 8-10.
