ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded zucchini
3/4 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. bite size walnuts

Cream butter, oil and sugar; add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. When combined thoroughly, add dry ingredients and mix. Stir in zucchini, spoon mixture into greased and floured pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips and walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
