WIENER (SLOPPY JOES) SANDWICHES 
1 lb. wieners
1 lg. onion
3 tbsp. bacon fat
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. grated cheese

Grind wieners and onion together and brown in bacon fat. Combine water, Worcestershire sauce and catsup; set aside. Combine flour, salt and mustard and stir into water mixture. Add all ingredients into skillet with wieners and onion. Add celery, cook for 10 minutes. Add cheese and simmer until melted. Fill 8 to 10 wiener buns and wrap in foil individually or put into baking pan and cover with foil. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
