BROCCOLI-MUSHROOMS 
BRINE:

1 c. oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. onion powder

Cut 1 to 1 1/2 bunches broccoli up into chunks. 2 green onions, sliced, even the green

Let brine set for 1 hour and then pour over vegetables.
