BROCCOLI MUSHROOM SCALLOP 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
Paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli until tender. Cut in 2" pieces. Melt butter in saucepan. Saute mushrooms and onion in butter 5 minutes. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat stirring until mixture is smooth. Remove, stir in milk. Bring to boil. Spread broccoli in 1 quart casserole. Pour mushroom sauce over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until tender and golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
