YUM YOGURT POPS 
2 containers vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp. wheat germ
2 tbsp. chopped dates or raisins
2 tbsp. chopped nuts
1/4 c. jam, any flavor

Empty yogurt into a bowl and stir until smooth. Add wheat germ, dates, or raisins and nuts to yogurt. Add jam and swirl slightly. Spoon into a small paper or plastic cups and place in freeze. When partially frozen, about 30 minutes, insert an ice cream stick or plastic spoon to form a handle. Continue to freeze until hard, 2-4 hours. Makes 6-8 pops.
