QUICK YOGURT POPS | |
2 tbsp. skim milk 1 tsp. unflavored gelatin 2 (8 oz.) cartons low fat vanilla yogurt 2 tbsp. honey 1 1/2 c. chopped fresh or canned fruit 10 (3 oz.) paper cups 10 wooden sticks In a medium saucepan stir together milk and gelatin, then let stand 5 minutes. Stir over low heat, then let stand 5 minutes. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Stir in yogurt and honey, then fold in fruit. Spoon mixture into paper cups. Cover each cup with small piece of foil. Cut a slit in the center of the foil, then push a stick through foil and into the mixture. Freeze about 5 hours or until mixture is firm. To serve, let stand at room temperature, about 10 minutes. Peel off cups. |
