1 box German chocolate cake mix (Pillsbury)
1 stick melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. coconut

Combine cake mix, eggs, nuts, and coconut thoroughly. Pat in greased 9x13 inch pan.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. box confectioners sugar

Blend together and pour over first layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 40- 45 minutes.
