MEAT LOAF BARBECUE STYLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together the beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt and pepper. Add 1 cup tomato sauce and mix well. Form into a loaf and put in a shallow pan. Combine the remaining ingredients with the remaining 1 cup of sauce and pour over the loaf. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Baste occasionally. Yield: 6 large servings.
